LEVEL 1 CLASS

An Invitation… to discover your true potential

The Usui system of Reiki is an ancient hands-on healing method with Japanese origins. It is simple to learn and utilize. Reiki can be extremely relaxing and is a wonderful way of providing stress reduction and energy balancing for one self and family members. The Founder of Reiki, Sensei Mikao Usui, wished Reiki to be a form of self-healing and called it the “secret method of inviting happiness through many blessings, the spiritual medicine for all illness.” Reiki is not a religion; however, some people use it as a spiritual practice.

In Reiki, training is in levels. There are 3-4 levels, depending on who you study with and what you want to do with your Reiki. Level 1 class opens you to this gentle, special energy and enables you to treat yourself and once you feel confident, others. It is a wonderful practice of meditation and energy flow. In this lecture-demo and practical class you receive healing and begin to develop your personal relationship with Reiki. You will practice self-healing as well as healing on others and will learn both Western style hand positions and intuitive style healing using Reiki.

Location: Bowling Green residence with cat** or at Toledo location in a healing center. Outside Ohio and Michigan, you may set up a course of study with Melanie. You may pay all at once or in installments using cash or check in person or PayPal.

Melanie follows the style of Mikao Usui, so that rather than teaching the large classes often conducted in the West, she keeps classes small to provide more individualized attention. She adds tools and techniques unavailable in most Reiki classes as she is trained in massage and several forms of bodywork, in many forms of Reiki and sacred touch, as well as CCT (Crystalline Consciousness Technique).

REIKI LEVEL II

In this training, you review what you learned in Reiki I and Melanie answers your questions. You will continue your relationship with Reiki and learn the first symbols that empower your Reiki, bring in a higher vibration and energy and more. You also learn to send Reiki at a distance and work with mental and emotional challenges.

Like Reiki I, you receive healing, attunement, a manual and have time to practice in class.
