Katsugen… the gentle art of well-being.
Katsugen exercises the autonomic nervous system’s involuntary movements to establish better health, balance the body’s energies and relieve stress and release toxins. It is a form of flowing exercise and philosophy that frees you from layers of societal conditioning and increases your innate ability to be physically, mentally and spiritually healthy, happy and well.
Katsugen along with practices like authentic movement, movement meditation and Rosen Method of Movement can be learned and then practiced at home. They are a wonderful supplement to any spiritual practice but also as an adjunct to Reiki and CCT.
These movement meditation forms evolve from deep inside you and all you know, yoga, dance, tai chi, Aikido, soccer, basketball, pedestrian movement can become part of the practice that arises as you learn to allow the body to move you.
