• There's a place for you... a sanctuary... inside. You can access it in many ways - through the arts, guided meditation, Reiki, Rosen Method Bodywork, CCT, Hawaiian journeying, vibrational or holographic healing.

  In this place, you bring in and discover the qualities you want in your life. You can allow Reiki to soothe and relax you, so you can release what you're ready to let go of, de-stress, find a new sense of balance, and with CCT in the mix, embrace what you want to bring forth... the qualities you want in your life. You can also learn Reiki so you can offer it to others in whatever fashion that speaks to you - as practitioner, therapist, nurse, teacher, caregiver, friend.

  Welcome to my little healing site, to energy healing through art, to the laying on of hands local sessions, and to whatever speaks to you here.
